Employee Care Fund

Weber Human Services Foundation believes the employees at the agency are the reason clients are successful in their recovery. The Employee Care fund was established to help employees in their time of need. The Employee Care fund provides financial assistance to the employees at Weber Human Services who find themselves dealing with unexpected, nonrecurring, financial hardships due to unforeseen events or circumstances. It is funded 100% by generous donations made by employees. The program is overseen by the Foundation Director and awards are decided by a confidential committee of the Foundation board.
